Herenco has signed an agreement to acquire Safera Ltd. Safera is a Finnish high-tech company with particular expertise in intelligent sensor technology, safety solutions, smart ventilation, and advanced air quality and particulate measurement technology.
Safera develops and manufactures its technology in Finland with a vision to detect and prevent risks before people have time to react. Through intelligent sensor technology, Safera's solutions help make homes, properties, and work environments safer, healthier, and more energy efficient.
Herenco and Safera have collaborated for several years, and the acquisition is a natural next step in developing the offering of Herenco's Indoor Climate business area in intelligent sensor technology, smart ventilation, safety solutions, and future energy-efficient indoor environments.
